Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We are working hard to keep our customers warm this winter

As the COVID-19 virus is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians, we want to assure you that at Mr Clean Air we take all reasonable precautions to maintain the health and safety of our customers. Our response plans are based on the ongoing guidance and most up-to-date advice of health authorities and Government departments.

We are doing everything we can to continue to provide exceptional service and ensure our technicians are practicing and maintaining safe hygiene and cleanliness when visiting your home/property/business to service your needs. To minimise the risk of coronavirus spread can you please ensure if you have any symptoms please advise us so we can reschedule or cancel your service call. We have set out the following measures when visiting your home.

1. Attending your property.

We will smile, but we will not shake hands.
We ask you to respect social distancing of minimum 1.5 meters from the technician at all times.
We ask you to advise the service provider if there has been any change to your circumstances at home.

2. During the service and installation.

Should a service technician or installer need to enter your home, please lead them through the house and open doors along the path to the equipment that needs inspecting. This will limit the number of surfaces they touch as much as possible.
Technicians will wear disposable gloves and masks whenever we need to enter the house.
Please remember to provide technicians with sufficient social distancing at all times.
